KEBBI STATE POLICE COMMAND NEUTRALIZES THREE SUSPECTED KIDNAPPERS, RECOVERS ONE AK47 RIFLE, ONE MAGAZINE AND SEVEN LIVE AMMUNITION IN SHANGA This remarkable achievement indicates the Police intensified patrols around Shanga and adjoining communities are yielding positive results. On the 24th August, 2025 at about 0230hrs, intelligence received revealed that a gang of suspected kidnappers was sighted in the nearby forest along Tungargiwa/Saminaka road, planning on how to kidnap the commuters flying the road. On receipt of the report, the Divisional Police Officer, Shanga, swiftly mobilized a combined team of Policemen and vigilantes and rushed to the scene.
