A strategic gathering of Muslim faithfuls around the Agege area in Lagos State, Nigeria held in grand style with a mammoth crowd in attendance.

The venue for this conference was at Nuurul-Islam, School of Arabic and Islamic Studies at Oniwaya road, Agege Lagos State.



The event which witnessed a multitude of Muslim faithfuls was held on Thursday, 7th of December, 2023.



Host of the conference, Shaykh Daud AlfaNla Abd'Mojeed Eleha appreciated those who turned up for the conference. He emphasized the need for Muslims all over the world to unite and live in peace among one another.



 He introduced the Chief host of the event, Imam Daud Alfanla Abdulmojeed Eleha.



Imam Daud Alfanla Abdulmojeed Eleha, who's the Director of Markaz Nurul Islam, Isale Oja, Agege told journalists that the theme of the conference was chosen to reflect the current need to encourage Muslims all over the world to embrace unity and cooperation.




The theme of the conference was "Disunity among the Muslims globally and its impact on the issue of Palestine: lesson for all Muslims in Nigeria".




To do justice to this theme, an erudite scholar and Islamic role model was invited. 




The Guest speaker invited was Sheik Muhammod'l Misbahi Ibrahim Azzaytuniyy "Baba ni Ibeju" Founder of Madratul Nuun Wal-Qalam Ibeju Lekki Lagos.




The guest speaker addressed the multitudes to brace up and unite in one accord. He said that disunity affects any organization and gives a bad name to any group.

 "We should look out for one another, support one another, follow the instructions of Allah and be committed to Islam. All Muslims must be united in peace and harmony so we can move forward on all Islamic activities", he concluded.

The event was well attended and refreshments were served. The conference had lots of media presence that were present to add colour to the event.
